2. Our Content

Original content created by suuperstitch, including our website design, editorial text, curated collections, original graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without our express written permission.

3. Third-Party Content

Product images, descriptions, brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on suuperstitch belong to their respective owners. We display this content for the purpose of product discovery and editorial commentary. Their appearance on suuperstitch does not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

5. Filing a Takedown Notice

2. Identification of the infringing content: provide the specific URL(s) on suuperstitch where the allegedly infringing content appears.
3. Your contact information: include your full name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
4. A good-faith statement: a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy and authority statement: a statement, under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will promptly review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed from suuperstitch in error or that you have authorisation to use the content, you may submit a counter-notification to hello@suuperstitch.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification".

Your counter-notification should include:

1. Identification of the content that was removed and its original location on suuperstitch
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, and email address
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India
5. Your physical or electronic signature

7. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with applicable law, we may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
