What You Can Report

If you notice any of the following on suuperstitch, we'd appreciate you letting us know:

• Incorrect product pricing or availability
• Wrong product images or descriptions
• Inaccurate brand information
• Broken or incorrect product links
• Incorrect AI-generated tags or attributes
• Outdated or misleading editorial content
• Any other factual errors or inaccuracies

How to Report

To report incorrect information, send an email to:

Please include:

1. Page URL: the link to the page where you found the error
2. Description of the error: what is incorrect?
3. Correct information (if you know it): what should it say instead?
4. Your email (optional), in case we need to follow up

What Happens Next

After receiving your report:

1. We'll review the reported issue within 2 business days
2. If the error is confirmed, we'll correct it based on severity:
   • Critical (wrong pricing, broken links): within 24 hours
   • Standard (inaccurate descriptions, wrong tags): within 5 business days
   • Minor (typos, formatting): in the next review cycle
3. If you provided your email, we may follow up to confirm the correction
