By accessing or using suuperstitch (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Our Service

suuperstitch is a fashion discovery platform. We curate fashion products from third-party brands and present them in one place to help you discover great fashion.

Important things to understand about our service:

• We are not a seller or retailer. We do not manufacture, stock, ship, or sell any products.
• We do not process payments. When you click through to buy a product, you are redirected to the brand's official website where the transaction takes place entirely between you and the merchant.
• Product information (prices, availability, descriptions, images) is sourced from third-party brands and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete.
• All trademarks, logos, product names, and images displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on suuperstitch. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

If we become aware that a user is under 18 and has created an account without parental or guardian consent as required by applicable law, we will take steps to terminate the account and delete the associated personal information.

4. User Accounts

You may browse suuperstitch without creating an account. However, certain features (such as saving products to your wishlist) require a registered account.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

The suuperstitch name, logo, website design, layout, editorial content, curated collections, original graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to suuperstitch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without our express written permission.

6.2 Third-Party Content

Product images, descriptions, brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on suuperstitch does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with suuperstitch, unless explicitly stated.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Certain product metadata, tags, and descriptions on suuperstitch may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence. All AI-generated content is subject to human editorial review. For more details, see our AI Transparency page.

7. Third-Party Links & Products

suuperstitch contains links to third-party websites operated by brands and merchants. When you click on a product link, you leave the Platform and are subject to the terms, privacy policies, and practices of that third-party website.

We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website
• Product quality, pricing, availability, sizing, shipping, or delivery
• Payment processing, refunds, returns, exchanges, or customer service
• Any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third-party websites

The inclusion of any product or brand on suuperstitch does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of any kind.

8. Affiliate Links

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless suuperstitch and its founders, team members, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@suuperstitch.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.

We do not currently require mandatory arbitration. We encourage you to contact us first at hello@suuperstitch.com to resolve any issues informally before initiating formal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify registered users by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Platform.
